Well another year has finished and the 2009 vintage is all in barrels for the long winter and secondary fermentation. 2009 is shaping up to be a fabulous vintage. As the new year starts we've begun racking and testing for final blends of the 2008 vintage. T-minus 79 days and counting until we bottle...so much wine, so little time!
